Beyond just the numbers, between Houston and Dallas, which city's mainstream culture seems to be influenced more by the Hispanic population? In which city is it more common for non-Hispanics and Hispanics to interact? If the question were about metro areas (Greater Houston vs the Metroplex) instead of cities, would the answer change?
They both seem similar to me. Houston's population may be a bit more established perhaps.
