South Asians are one of the fastest growing ethnic groups in the country. Which cities outside of New York City have a large South Asian influence?

Dallas definitely has more of a South Asian influence than Houston.

After NYC, the next biggest South Asian community in North America is Toronto followed by the Bay Area, Vancouver, Chicago, Dallas, and DC.

Detroit has a huge Arab and West Asian influence but not a huge south Asian one.

Los Angeles has a surprisingly small South Asian population. At least by overall percentage. That may be true for the west in general although Silicon Valley may be an exception.

Anyone saying DC does not live here. The south Asian population is in the Virginia suburbs. ADc is less than 5% Asian
