Berkeley California. Where the residents nowadays are far more political and artsy (Bohemian) than the students.

Colorado (Boulder, parts of Denver) appeared to be SUPER bohemian. Furthermore, I would say that Broad St/Jackson Ward (and some other parts of the VCU area), as well as Cary town/the museum district (to a lesser extent) are somewhat bohemian here in Richmond.

You can find those people everywhere, but I think they would be focused around smaller places. Big cities sort of kill that spirit sometimes, especially when it comes to price and making a living.
