Only been to Chicago, not San Fran. With that said I'm gonna say San Fran. Chicago is ok, but there are too many negatives about it...

1.) Bad Winters
2.) Seems rather dangerous
3.) Women are only average at best

Don't get me wrong, it's a cool city to come and visit for a few days. But, your best bet is to go to NYC, San Fran, San Diego, over Chicago.

If you have not been to San Francisco how can you say it is better than Chicago? Whatever.

Chicago feels dangerous in many area's... I'm sorry just being honest, but a city that dosen't feel safe cannot be considered elite.

With the exception of NYC, I've been to all the places you've named. Anyway, now I KNOW you're smoking dope. You've never been to SF but think it is better than Chicago??!? Your argument has no foundation...

Why do you keep posting "would you rather live in Chicago or X" threads in a Chicago forum? What kind of response do you expect to get from people who have already chosen to live here versus anywhere else?
