In order of best to worst (IMO)... Austin then Pittsburgh then Appleton then Omaha then Raleigh.

Austin or Omaha.

Raleigh is too boring and overhyped. Pittsburgh is nice, but not for me. I don't know much about Appleton. If you would have mentioned Madison, I would have to drop Omaha. Of course, this is my opinion so take it with a grain of salt.
