I haven't been to Quebec but haven't heard anything good about DC (how sad is that?!) and have never heard anything bad about Quebec!

Quebec City easily, it's got more of the climate I like (130+ inches of snow a year, beautiful falls and springs, nice, warm summer  )....and seems a lot more classy (I've been to both DC and Quebec City). Plus I can go to Quebec City in July and not become part of the sidewalk  |

I think I agree with Billiam. I LOVE LOVE Quebec. It's such a cool place to visit, but for day to day life it's a bit too small for my taste. I'd prefer to live in Montreal
