Very true. IMO, Orlando (outside the theme parks) should be considered a decent mid-sized city.

I didn't vote for it because I do think it's a great city.... but the arrogance has got to go.

As Turd Ferguson a.k.a. Burt Reynolds replied to Alex Trebek when he was told he'd buzzed in, "That's your opinion." Most overrated, like practically every topic on here, is a matter of opinion. There are no definitive answers.

Maybe because most people know that besides SoBe it is mostly terrible and dangerous ghetto?

Try putting that CoL against other major American cities...you'll be surprised.

Because some people don't like it for personal reasons such as:

c) Too much of a Hip-hop reputation.

d) For some, too Hot in the summer (Hotlanta)

cities like ann arbor, san diego, and new orleans are overrated in my opinion (i love all of them, especially new orleans but people exaggerate all the qualities for example weather in san diego, diversity/cosmopolitan atmosphere of ann arbor, food/nightlife of new orleans).

nyc and san francisco have a lot of fawners here but it's mostly deserved.

i continue to think los angeles gets a hard time on this forum. it's one of the most fun cities to live in the usa.

detroit, while has many problems, is too often stereotyped as a ghetto with nothing to offer. it's very underrated but at the same time she needs to fix herself up.

oakland, california is the same way but has more to offer than detroit. people who bash oakland have no idea how beautiful she is, and all that's going on there now.

I have no idea why Miami gets a bad rep on this forum. It's one of the most fun, exciting cities. It has to be that most of CD are white people who don't like the latin character and latin run atmosphere of Miami.

pittsburgh is very undiscovered i think.

Ann Arbor, at best, is a medium size city/town. It is not in the same league as San Diego or NO.

houston's in the south, dallas is in the south, new orleans is in the south... so many cities are in the south. why is atlanta hated for being in the south over any other city that's in the south? hip hop reputation... the same. new york has a hip hop reputation, houston, los angeles, etc. hot? howabout miami, new orleans, houston, phoenix... etc. etc. i still don't get why people hate atlanta over any other city when the things there are to hate about atlanta are also found in most other cities.
