I'd pick Charlotte if it wasn't destined to turn into another Northern Virginia.
How will Charlotte turn into a Northern Va? Just curious.

Explosive out of control growth, unchecked illegal immigration, rising crime rates, lots of Northern Virginians moving down there and bringing their habots.

Ok. I understand what you're saying now. We have Northern Vas, NYCers, LAians, ATLiens, and the like moving here. Charlotte is losing its distinctive culture, if it had one.

Are you sure Charlotte NEVER had a distinctive culture? Check your history.

On another note. This comparison isn't too fair. Atlanta is probably the size of the other cities combined. It's definitely gonna offer some things the other cities don't. But since this focus is on where one would live, this comparison will be based on subjective categories. Even then, most on C-D vote for bigger cities.
