Downtown Miami is more beautiful than Downtown LA, although both are so much slum. Nightlife in LA - Don't know, but in Miami it's good.
LA has although much better weather than sticky Miami.

LOL..I actually prefer Miami weather to LA weather I go nuts here in the winter because of the long stretches without rain..fortunately we don't get brown (usually) like LA does.

Both great cities. Models/actors/singers all love to live and play in both. Lots of style and rep in each and it really comes down to personal preference as with any city comparison. However, many celebs and wealthy have a home in LA AND in Miami; they can't decide which they like better

Both are uncomfortably hot cities in the summer, but Miami is hot and humid, and buggy, which makes it unbearable. LA!

Yeah, Miami has one of the biggest skylines in the country (though not tallest). I see alot of misconceptions about Miami on here, even from people that live there..LOL. It's very strange ????

wow, comparing downtowns to determine the better city? and who has a better nightlife? thats just as strange as a women picking her mate based on which one has the longest penis or a man picking his mate based on her boob size.

Seriously, anyone who picks Miami isn't doing so based on personal preference, they're doing so because of ignorance or because they think south beach is in miami when in fact its in miami beach.

Yes, East LA is just as dirty as the city of Miami, but West LA is what overtakes Miami! I don't feel like explaining right now.
