Better weather.

Better beaches.

Closer to Saint Augustine, Daytona Beach, and Georgia's Golden Isles.

Honestly all 3 are roughly equal in terms of the things I like. But I think I'd go with Tallahassee on the basis of being a state capitol and having big time college sports/university events 10 months out of the year, in addition to having the most topography and geology surrounding the metro area. Also, I work in higher education, and there would probably be the most jobs there too.
