Venice Beach, Ca - lived in southern Ca for all of my 31 years and last year finally went to Venice and walked the boardwalk. If I didn't have someone here from out of state that wanted to go there, I probably would of never went. But it is like you here, full of freaks. I had to shower when I got home.
Where else can you make a living from being a homeless person.

No doubt about it. The neighboring town of Hildale, UT is thrown into the same heap with Colorado City, AZ. They would win top awards for "sickest" town in America too. Don't know how they get away with living in open violation of so many state and federal laws, not to mention a whole bunch of basic human values. It's sick that a bunch of guys can get away with running a town where they trade their barely teenage daughters with each other for forced marriages.

It's a small town devoted to Big Foot. There is a Big Foot museum with a carved big foot out front.

Default Front Sight, NV

I just remembered reading about this place near Pahrump, NV (little under an hour from Las Vegas). A guy who opened a firearms training institute called "Front Sight" has decided to take it a step further and create a residential development for fellow gun fans who are graduates of the Front Sight firearms camp. It sounds a bit weird, but like they say in their sales pitch, what criminal would be crazy enough to pick that neighborhood for their next heist?

Haight-Ashbury district in San Francisco...women with orange mohawks with cowbells attached to the jeans....she was the most normal one I saw all day. What an experience! Being from a small New England town, I kinda liked it! Don't tell anyo ne, though!
