I was going to say Texas, but Iowa's is beautiful. All state capitols I have seen look nice. Are there any UNattractive capitol buildings?

and Alaska's:

and Hawaii's:

In Pennsylvania's coal regions they have eastern orthodox churhches with gold domes they call onion tops. I always like looking at them as I drive through.
Pennsylvania's is pretty nice, I believe they use it for filming scenes that are supposed to be the US capitol.

WOW, Those are all nice! I originally would have said Wisconsin, but Iowa and Conn's both look really nice as well.

IMO Louisiana's is the nicest looking. I'm surprised no one has mentioned that one yet.

The Georgia State Capitol...built in 1889 of limestone, the building consists of a central rotunda flanked by two wings, each with a grand staircase and a 3 story atrium...and the lavish interior is of native marble. The dome is gilded with gold leaf from Dahlonega Georgia, and the copper statue "Miss Freedom" stands on top.
