Beverly Hills shopping is up against the streets. Buckhead has the mansion thing down like Beverly Hills, but lacks the urban shopping experience that Beverly Hills has where people are walking around streets full of expensive shops.

Well guess what the the street shopping is coming into play With the Development called Streets of Buckhead

Basically the main line suburban area discussed earlier, but believe this is on hold due to funding as well

To me, it is which area carries the overall same reputation and identity, for better or worse, as the Beverly Hills. To me, Atlanta being the defacto capital of the south, its wealthiest area with the toniest shopping is Buckhead. I have seen it in print on more than one occasion refered to as the Beverly Hills of the South.

Let's turn the tables. What areas could be called the Buckhead of the West Coast?

The thing with this one is that there are no committed retail tenants yet. We have some already signed leases that have committed to this Development.

Yes but still a mall, would rather see the mixed use center get built, KOP is a glorified mall and office parking lot honestly, why I prefer CC Philly

And honestly the plan you posted will make a better more urban feeling destination for Buckhead, will have to check it out when completed
