Please get over yourselves. If not Buckhead, then it's Highland Park. Buckhead gets my vote. Palm Beach might have some very wealthy residents but i don't remember Palm Beach carrying the title of having the highest concentration of buying power in the Southeast. That title belongs to Buckhead. The shopping in Buckhead murders Palm Beach and River Oaks. What is Beverly Hills know for? Fabulous shopping, dining, and wealth. What is Buckhead know for? Those very same things. If you can't be honest, don't comment. Buckhead is perched at the top of the southern enclaves for the wealthy. Get over it.
Palm Beach is more like Beverly Hills.

When it comes to shopping, wealth, nieghborhoods and celebrities being int the area alot I would only say

1st Palm Beach

2nd Buckhead

Palm beach looks the most like Beverly hills
I grew up near coral gables it doesn't give me that Beverly hills feel

Perhaps Buckhead gets the nod because it is better known than Palm Beach? Notoriety has to be pre-requisite for Beverly Hills of the South. But, IMO, I'm sticking with my vote for Southpark!

I'd think Palm Beach is more known than Buckhead.

I've known about Palm Beach before Buckhead, but different for others I guess.

Lol at Beverly Hills being "the Mecca" for cars. The Knightsbridge and Kensington neighborhoods of London, along with Dubai are known for their amazing cars...but none of them can hold a candle to Monte Carlo.

Monte Carlo blows Beverly Hills out of the water in basically every single category you just listed. Better cars, far far FAR wealthier, amazing winding roads, better natural surroundings, etc, etc.

Ummm...on a national scale Buckhead isn't well known. It certainly isn't nearly as well known as Palm Beach haha...it's not even close.

The first place that comes to mind is Palm Beach, FL followed by select areas of Miami.
