It's definately Palm Beach. The old money, the new money, Worth Avenue equivalent to Rodeo Drive. Neither has giant megamalls. Buckhead though nice just doesn't have that close nit rich and famous community like Palm Beach or Beverly Hills. Palm Beach has always been compared to Beverly Hills.
Exactly. I agree 100%. Worth Ave being compared to rodeo drive. Its like an eastcoast version of beverly hills. Buckhead is nice and so are the wealthy parts of houston, but lets be serious nothing is more comparable to beverly hills then palm beach.
River Oaks is on the same level as Beverly Hills when it comes to wealth.

Yes I understand that, and I know about riveroaks I used to live in Texas. But characteristicly speaking palm beach and beverly hills are pretty similar. More similar than any other place I have seen in the south.

You are right in that Worth and Rodeo Aves. have the same feel to them, and the dominant architectural style in both areas is Spanish/Meditteranean. River Oaks and Buckhead have a lot more Georgian and French-style mansions in the mix.
FYI Highland Park, Texas (not “Highland Village”) was developed by the same person (Wilbur David Cook) how developed Beverly Hills. PS- I know that this has already been said but anyone comparing the Galleria area of Dallas to Beverly Hills obviously does not know what they are talking about.
Of the Orlando area, it wouldn't be Winter Park, or Dr Phillips. It would be Windemere, where all the celebrities own homes in Orlando, like Tiger Woods. idk why the OP put Dr. Phillips
Palm Beach and Coral Gables have some serious zoning codes, such as in Coral Gables your house has to be a certain shade, you can't own or park a Bubba truck on the streets and there are no street signs just stones sitting on the ground with names and in Palm Beach you can't go jogging without a shirt on and trash cans have to be covered and placed properly. These are just a few codes
