That's nice. Thanks for sharing your opinion, but the thread is about mid-sized cities, not cities Phoenix-sized and smaller. If it were, we could post every city except for less than ten.

I originally intended for just "mid-sized" cities under 200,000, as El Rhino suggests. I know I fudged myself a bit with cities like Birmingham and Rochester, NY, but not by much.

in other words, any city in the US that isn't NY,LA, Chicago, or Houston, if we're just going by city proper (which isn't a good way to measure an areas population, anyway)

According to your own data Denver would fall into a Large sized city, so no matter how you look at things, city proper or metro area, it shouldn't be considered a "Medium Sized City"
