Hartford has a very impressive skyline due to the Insurance companies there, unfortunatly the only area that is remotly nice in the City is around the Old state House.

Wow. I've really learned something with this post. I had no idea Shreveport was more along the lines of Little Rock, Wichita, and Des Moines. I always thought it was more like Fort Smith or Joplin.
