That photo of the Tallahassee capitol building brings back Florida State memories. BTW, if you look at it the right way (from further up Appalachee Blvd) it looks like a...phallus with a ball on each side. It could also be seen as a big middle finger sticking up; perhaps Tallahassee's message to the rest of Florida.
