Thats not true miami is 3 in the country behind NYC and LA in order to become a fashion capital you have to have more than just upscale boutiques Dallas doesnt event have a fashion week here is a list of citys with fashion week and atlanta is on there Fashion week - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and here is the defintion of a fashion capital

I agree with this one. The cowboy boots and hats are mostly the Texas and Oklahoma style, not really that big in the rest of the South.

Dallas does have a fashion week. Even Houston is starting its own fashion week.

Btw, there are only offically four fashion capitals in the world and LA and MIA aren't one.

we are talking about in the USA and we are talking about national known evidentally dallas isnt popular if it was it would be on the list and mia is more known for fashion than Dallas but this topic is not about fashion capitals its about austin and atlanta
