I can think of a two states where the largest city, capital and metro area are different

Florida: largest city Jacksonville, capital Tallahasee, and Miami metro is biggest

Texas: largest city Houston, capital Austin, and Dallas metro is biggest

Do you know of any state that would fit this criteria?

By US Census definition, Portland, Bangor and the Lewiston-Auburn areas are considered metropolitan areas.
