ND is not the northeast quadrant of the united states.
It includes all the great lake states and the northeast if your wondering. The plains are NOT included in the Northeast Quadrant.

Indy shouldnt be below Kansas City.

Remember people, the Twin Cities are two different cities... Minneapolis and St Paul, they are about 13 miles apart, so we have two different skylines.

There is a BIG difference between calling Indianapolis a Toledo look-a-like and someone who thinks Kansas City has a better skyline. If someone thinks KCMO has a better skyline, then so be it.
