Mississippi for sure...I moved here from NW Indiana and can hardly understand. Add ebonics to the drawl and you have a language of its' own. I love the Boston and Brooklyn accent.

Minnesota, I hate their accent. I hate the southern Louisiana accent as well.

I like the NYC area accent, Boston area accent and Miami accent.

I dont like or hate the southern accent.

I have a general American "news anchor" accent so I'm not biased.

This is going to sound bad, but a lot of poor black people in the South I seriously have a hard time understanding. Oftentimes I have to ask what they just said, and sometimes even more than once.

Ugliest: Any of the ones up north. NYC and Boston accents are like nails on a chalkboard to me.

Weirdest: Southern LA, specifically New Orleans area. Not that it's a bad thing, but they talk really strange lol. It's actually pretty hard to understand in some of the more rural areas.

I think I said it already but my favorite accents are easily Southern. But I pretty much like all accents, as long as the accent is mild and understandable!
