Chicago duh? . Only because I feel it has a much better skyline than Houstons. Plus it seems much more cultured. It's also actually on the coast (shoreline whatev.) unlike Houston. Definitely ups the city as far as aesthetics.

I prefer the infrastructure and weather there.
Houston has the better economy and COL though. Just give it time to sort out its growing pains, it's not going to be like that forever.
