Milwaukee has the ugliest so what other cities have cool flags enough the city residents fly their city flag rather than their state flag?

According to the North American Vexillological Association, Milwaukee's flag is one of the 5 worst in the nation.

Chicago and DC has a nice flag. Though, I'm too much of a homer. NYC!

I wouldn't put too much stock in that rankings. There is no way in hell that this: Which Major City has the Best City Flag?-stpetersburg.jpg is ranked higher than the flag of NY. Man St. Petersburgh, FL; has one UGLY flag!

I like Chicago's flag.
Baltimore's look nice and professional also:

The Irving, Texas flag sort of looks like they took elements of Asian flags. I might just be clueless, but does anyone know the history of why this flag looks like this.
