Exactly. I live in Dallas, but will not deny the ghetto areas of this city. No city in Texas has the urban atmosphere of Chicago. It is nice to see a sunbelt city developing more urban and attracting more streetlife, but you simply can't compare it to any older Midwest/NE city.
