What other cities would you put on the list (other than Vegas)

I went to college in Portland, Maine. People there were extremely open-minded. There were protests about things everyday it seems. I would say there and SF. Can't leave out NYC either; we have every walk of life here. I think you really need to update your list. I wouldn't say any of those are in the top of the country. When you think open-minded, anything goes, you usually think very liberal cities.

Wow, This list is really weird. I thought it would be like Vegas, San Fran, New York, New Orleans, maybe Boston. Then I see more southern more Conservative cities like Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston?

well, i do know.. it's just not one of those 4 cities.

NYC and LA, some of the most artsy open minded people are up and down those streets.

these are just the cities i am interested in.

and honestly, i cant see many, if any, cities being above miami.
