Default Albuquerque vs Las Vegas

Which one do you think is a better place to live-- Albuquerque, NM, or Las Vegas, NV? I like both cities, and for very different reasons each. I might even apply for jobs in both cities. Which of these two do you see having the brighter future?

I like Las Vegas more but it would probably be easier to get a job in Albuquerque.

Las Vegas is growing rapidly but it has more crime. Albuquerque is very pretty but I voted for LV.

ABQ by a million miles for me. Better scenery, FAR better weather, no tackiness, no prostitute flyers on everywhere, no retarded tourists, more attractive, etc.

All that without the ridiculous sprawl and laughable foreclosure rates.

Everything Steve-o said times 2. Albuquerque by a mile. Las Vegas is nothing more than Phoenix with some casinos

I have to agree with Steve-O also and sweetclimber, I couldnt have said it better myself.

To me Vegas is tacky, I mean its a cool city to visit for a few nights but other than that I would pick almost any city over Vegas. Abq scenery is way better than Vegas scenery and I would hate all the tourists all over the place, the city is like one big carnival.
