Both cities are known nationally for the style of architecture within their rowhouses. Which do you find more attractive out of these two? Here are a glimpse of some of them in both cities.

They're both nice, but I LOVE the style of SF homes, so I have to vote for them. Love that city.

When I first saw that photo, I thought those houses were in SF!

Honestly, the SF houses are probably prettier, but I like the weathered brick of the Philly houses better.

I'm a sucker for brownstones and faux 17th century French townhouses, so I voted against my own "homeland!" LOL!

I think Philadelphia has more attractive row houses because they use brick & have cobblestone streets.

From those pictures, I'd say Philadelphia, because i'm not neccessarily a fan of those crazy SF colors, plus I like brick more anyway.

I love the colors in SF.

But I wouldnt necessarily want to live in a purple or pink house.

A creamy mango hue maybe, but not pink.

Does Philly have many brownstones? I think of Philly as brick city--no Harlem or Park Slope with rows and rows of brownstones.

I would love to be proven wrong in a picturesque manner.
