They dont wear those buckles in NYC nor DC nor Philly etc those things been out of style 2 years ago thats why there are fashion shows and different types of events to show you the lastest fashion and whats coming back and whats going to be the trends for 2009. When the 80s look came back who started that (NYC) then everyone else picked up on and most didnt do it right . Sometimes people hang on to trends to long. .

I am not catching feelings. I'm meerly asking a question. What is fashionable. I've yet to get an answer for that and as far as how people from other cities dress. It's basically universal. People wear boots, brand name shirts, jeans, and fitted all the time in every city. This is not only exclusive to Atlanta in the South. That's what I'm telling you. I been to the clubs and to the parties in Houston to know it. Have you?

Actually buckles have nothing to do with style. They've been worse for decades in Texas if not a century. However, they are ugly and I nor anyone I know in Texas do not wear them. But I've seen them.

What you guys consider new, has already been done in another countries. If anything, America as a whole is behind times. Everything considered fashionable today is just being brought back from the last 30 years. Scarfs, converses, skinny jeans, etc. Nothing new my friend.

the 80s trend never went away here in Texas, we don't follow trends. You got people here dressing like the 70s,80s,90s, and new trends.

you need to study fashion to dictate the difference between being up to date with fashion and being behind it is more than just wearing boots and jeans. being fashionable is staying ahead with and conforming to the current style of that year. A fashionable person usually sticks out from everyone they are people who set trends. This is why nyc is the top fashion capital. adn most atlanta people who go to events have the same since of style that NY people have because there are so many people from the north area they bring there lifestyles with them and people here Pick up on them. Like we said we never said people in Houston cant dress. But if we wanted to boil it dwon Miami is the most fashionable city in the South its noted for its global fashion center and is recognized for its fashion weeks, where designers exhibit their new clothing collections to audiences
