These two cities have got to be the most similar and comparable skylines in the country. Having been to both these respective cities though, I can honestly say that in person I am much more impressed with Atlanta's skyline than LA's. I was in shock as to how good Atlanta's skyline actually is!! LA's skyline is big, dense, and kind to the eyes but to be honest I enjoy San Diego's skyline in person more so than LA's (this comment prolly discredit what I have to say, but I have never in person been overly impressed with LA's skyline).

Atlanta I think street level activity LA wins but as far as skyline goes it's easily ATL for me, like I have said before ATL kind of reminds me of the Philly skyline. I would like to visit ATL one of these days, especially since so many beautiful black women come from there.

I love this topic because you know atlanta truly does have a better skyline true it doesnt have a mountain chain flanking its skyline however it doesn't need one its breathtaking. The thing i hate about this topic though is with how many people are in l.a. doesn't quite present the possibility normally to pull the polls

Hmm. I never lived in Denver but I have family there. When I visited I stayed at a hotel in Aurora. It seemed that it took a pretty long drive to get from there to my family in Thornton and Westminster. You have to remember just Atlanta and it's closest suburbs have more people than the entire Denver Metro. Then you have almost that many more people in Metro Atlanta living in the outer suburbs.

Atlanta wins this in my opinion (as an angeleno) since there is a little more diversity in the ATL skyline. Atlanta's standout buildings are definitely tackier, though... I'm not a fan of faux-deco spire crap. But in general it looks a little more interesting.
That said, who gives a **** about skylines? I much prefer excitement on the ground than in the sky. If LA never builds another skyscraper I'll be fine.... give me a bunch of street-activating mid-rises any day over a single dead-plaza corporate tower.

Atl over london and paris but not los angeles......
ATL skyline is superior to LONDON AND PARIS , but not LOS ANGELES
i love both cities but VOTED FOR LOS ANGELES...however SUPERIOR
CITIES DON'T NEED SKYLINE SUPERIORITY TO BE SUPERIOR CITIES..
TAKE THE CASE OF LONDON AND PARIS AND ATL..The City That Wins
The SKYLINE CONTEST IS INFERIOR......ATL....

^^aside from the formatting/grammar of your response, I agree. How many people would say that La Defense is the most interesting/enjoyable/exciting/culturally interesting/etc. part of Paris? None. It's just a giant office park of skyscrapers. Same with Canary wharf in London.
