That's hard for me to believe Seattle and Minneapolis are higher than Philadelphia.

Yep, the Cross Bronx is DEFINITELY the worst highway to take. I avoid taking that road at all costs. Few years ago, my friend got a flat at night on it. We went to a stolen tires shop and got a tire for super cheap. Mind you, this is the south Bronx where many of repair stores sell stolen goods lol. That was an interesting experience.

Even at 3am on a traffic map, you'll still see that highway lined with red!

boston traffic sucks. the infrastructure is not built for the amount of daily volume. even w/ the big dig.

I was once told the reason for this is because people in the Metroplex travel from suburb to suburb instead of suburb to city which makes traffic a mess in all directions.
