Default DC's Verizon Center vs. Chicago's United Center

Since I saw threads comparing arenas, I thought I would do this comparison.

Verizon Center (D.C.)

United Center (Chicago)

Looks like I couldn't get the pictures to upload, but for those of you that know what the arenas look like, which location wins? I'll add other factors such as neighborhood and accessibility.

Verizon Center is in a bustling part (Chinatown) of DT DC. It also sits above three subway lines. The area is a mix of restaurants, lounges, bars, commercial offices and condo residences. Twelve years ago it was almost dead.

I have not been in the Verizon Center, but I've been outside of it. No doubt the area around it is more lively than the area around Chicago's United Center. That said, I attended a Blackhawks game at the United Center and was very impressed with the sightlines there.
