Cannot comment on Hawaii at all because I have never been there (One of the places on my "to do" list). From what I have heard they have some magnificent beaches. From my travels around a bit, I have to say that lumping an entire state into a category when it comes to their beaches is a bit hard to do. I have seen Florida beaches that were good, I have seen Florida beaches that were nasty. Same for California, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, SC, Mass, Maine, etc....
For me personally, after traveling to a lot of the big name beaches around the Country and a lot of the smaller ones as well. For consistency & cleanliness of the sand, quality of the water, and overall personal experiance on the beaches; I would rank my favorites as:
1) Michigan
2) California
3) Florida
4) South Carolina
5) Texas (around the Galveston area)
You may disagree, but those are my 5 top states after traveling around a LOT. (Even though I still think state wide choice is a bit broad.) Of course I can't make a comment about places I haven't been to, so I only picked from those places and states I have been on their beaches.
Dam From what you "Seen" Thats nice the other guy Said "From What I Heard" Obviously he never seen a Socal Beach in Real Life, but Hears Stuff by EC Stereotypes and goes off of those comments.I'm sure any Socal Beach is better than PA.
LOL someone needs to look at a map. PA doesnt touch the Ocean.`
But isnt California prone to earthquakes and landslides.
Not as much as you think..and they rarely effect the beach unlike hurricanes.
Not as much as you think meaning earthquakes that do any damage or people even feel for that matter and landslides? lol, please.
