I wouldn't consider SF in the sunbelt or else it would be number 2 for me behind LA than would be SD
but really I'm not into extreme dry heat or humidity so it's hard for me to vote past the CA cities because I try to think would I like the heat of this city or humidity of this one and it's hard to choose.
