San Antonio and El Paso. I voted for El Paso though, if you've ever been out there it's absolutely BEAUTIFUL. And as a matter of fact the El Paso/Ciudad Juarez metro area is the largest international metro area in the world!

Juarez is one giant slum. Funny thing, though, the developed area of Juarez is smaller than the El Paso metro developed area, but they have a much higher population.

I thought El Paso and Juarez were 2 of the ugliest and dirtiest major cities I've ever seen in North America... esp Juarez

not talking about the landscape...
