Well important as I said before is more than just money. We are not talking NYC vs Memphis for crying out loud!!So other things like cultural, political and other contributions are equally as important. Now do you understand? You don't have to agree(obviously you don't),but don't act as if its(Atlanta) just "outlandish".

Well you have yet to make a case for it other than THINKING you can try to change my opinion.
I gave you 5 or 6 reasons how I based my decision. In everyone I stated why Atlanta was either less than or more than the others. At the end I tallied up my results and that was the answer. The only thing you mainly seem to focus on is basically small changes. You STILL have made no arguments other than ..well...BECAUSE!That is not an argument. With that,Im going to bed to allow you come up with a mature argument.Goodnight.Pleasant dreams..

Atlanta is in pretty good company.Notice where Dallas and Houston are.
http://www.mastercard.com/us/company...eport_2008.pdf

From the Brookings Institute regarding the Global Cities List by Loughborough University.Look where Atlanta ranks versus HOU/DAL:

Global city - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Quote:
While New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles are the U.S. leaders in global connectivity, San Francisco, Miami, Atlanta, and Washington are also important nodes in the world city network. A mixture of regional capitals—such as Boston and Seattle—and specialist cities—such as Houston, the world's energy capital—are found in the next tier. Somewhat surprisingly, dynamic and growing Phoenix and San Jose have relatively low connectivities.

Now whats outlandish?Because you say so?
