I agree. I think the top for should go without saying (though you could make arguments for different placement).

5. could go to either San Fran or Boston... it's almost a tossup. I'm inclined to lean a LITTLE towards San Fran, but it's too close to call. You could probably make an argument for Houston, Philly, or Atlanta here but I'd be a bit more comfortable with those fighting over a 6 spot.
