Well intelligence is a lot but it isn't everything. California may have the more educated population, but Arkansas may have more wise individuals. Not to mention humble and unassuming.
I know, i'm just referring to the "Air headed" comment towards CA
I think someone might choose Arkansas if they wanted to live somewhere quiet and slow paced. I believe that's what people see in Arkansas. I couldn't live in that type of environment personally.
You can't have the "South" in California but can come fairly close in places like Bakersfield & rural farm counties. Bakersfield has a large ex-Oklahoma\ Arkansas population going back to the "Dust Bowl" days.
Lol well when I say the south I don't really mean the rural aspect of it.
Arkansas is Smart. and if california was smart they would not even be bankrupt (yah that's a really smart state) DUDE OF COURSE CA IS GOING TO HAVE THE HUGE CITIES. (why do you dumb people expect huge cities in small states and you were saying we were the hillbillies? yall take a seat shut the ____ up. dude to bad the south could not SECEDE from this union again. yeah south lost once.
You can get quiet and slow-paced in California pretty easily--California does not equate to only LA or the Bay Area. And although the state government is hurting, that doesn't mean all of CA is hurting. The state is just so vast and diverse that pretty much any lifestyle can work in California and not just a "Californian" lifestyle.
The statement, "'Arkansas is Smart" is self-contradictory to the highest degree, and it's not really being helped by additional statements like:
'i should of did'
'yall take a seat'
'my bad i was confuzed'
and
'dude to bad the south'
