Of the 3 cities which would you say has the best culture. Which city has the best food, arts scene, nightlife and general quality of life?

Top 3 cities in the country, IMO. I would rank them in the following order: NYC, Chicago, San Francisco.

New York City is the only city I have been to out of those choices and I thought it was amazing! So my pick is New York City. I would love to go to San Francisco someday, Chicago not so much.
