Ahh my NYCers in here nycrican was just talking about how hard NYC was in another thread.. now he's arguing it has the worst reputation... LOL

That's because he was going by neighborhoods. There are still about 3 neighborhoods in NYC that are probably comparable in crime to the top 5 most dangerous cities, but as a whole, NYC is very safe (compared to 20 years ago too).
