As we all know, Manhattan's Tribeca is one of the world's most prestigious, elite, coveted and wealthy neighborhoods and I'll soon be living there. Does that make me better than you? Are you jealous? Do you wish you were me?

The average sales price for a Tribeca apartment is $3,555,832 and my new neighbors are very elite, to say the list.

Discuss.

No. Because I would have to be around people like you who think everyone is jealous of them. Who would want to live in a place where people have such elitism? Sounds like hell on earth to me.

This is either comedy or a tragedy. I'm not sure which.

Move to Warvick St., in East New York.

Slap someone in the back of the head and say "Yo, let's shoot the fade"

Walk away without a busted lip or your brains painting the sidewalk.

If you do that, I would be highly jealous.

That's considered lower end in Aspen Colorado where the average real estate is now $7.1 million.

Apples to oranges. Aspen estates start at $7m, Tribeca penthouses start at $15m.

In Tribeca $3.5m gets you a two bedroom, in Aspen you get a large home. Land is far more valuable in Tribeca as reflected by Tribeca's high price per sq ft.
