As we all know, Manhattan's Tribeca is one of the world's most prestigious, elite, coveted and wealthy neighborhoods and I'll soon be living there. Does that make me better than you? Are you jealous? Do you wish you were me?
The average sales price for a Tribeca apartment is $3,555,832 and my new neighbors are very elite, to say the list.
Discuss.
Id probably be more comfortable living in a trailer park in Mississippi, Im more comfortable surrounded by a lower class of people.
Even though it's pretty obviously you're lying and a troll, I'll bite: Congratulations on paying several million for a glorified closet.

But I don't want to live near a beach either. It's not about money really just personal preference.
Glorified closets? Warehouses? You two are so silly. Tribeca has diverse living arrangements, this isn't the Tribeca you knew in the 70s.
From single family townhomes, converted warehouses, new construction lofts, or contemporary mansions in the sky like this one (which was just bought by another neighborhood celebrity...Hugh Jackman):
Actually, Hugh just bought it for $33 million dollars but there are less expensive examples of non-shoebox living in Tribeca. Tribeca is actually known for larger living space.
Nevermind the fact that this thread is a complete joke (and its easy to say how much money you make on a web forum), I actually prefered my old neighborhood at 83rd/Columbus (UWS) to Tribeca.
