Miserable? It's an alpha world city. LA can't touch that.

Are you implying that LA isn't an Alpha city? Cause it is one... you know.

No wonder Americans are leaving L.A. in droves and it's filling up with third-world immigrants. It must feel quite familiar to them.

Apparently these third world immigrants know how to behave themselves better then Chicagoans - LA murder rate is below Chicago. Surprise, suprise.

And how many people does LA have in comparison to Chicago?

It's called crime RATE for a reason.

Typical Midwestern.

Chicago could have ten times the murder rate of L.A. and it would still be ten times as great a city. Los Angeles is a facade. The people are as fake as the movie sets at Universal Studios.

There is nothing more fake then Chicago: pseudo-intellectuals with maners of stable hands. Urban dwellers with mentality of small town hicks. There is a reason why talented Chicagoans run from Chicago as far as they can i.e. for the coasts. The famous Hemingway syndrom.

That's syndrome - and, by the way, there is a LOT of talent in Chicago.

ahhahahah, isn't Oprah leaving Chicago for LA?

Kanye West - ran to NYC

Hillary Clinton - DC/New York (why didn't she return to Chicago? hmmmm)

Obama - DC. Have they even gone back to Chicago since leaving for the White House? For some reason, Michelle or Barack are ways visiting New York City. I wonder if they'll ever return to Chicago? Or decamp to NY like Bill and Hillary? LOL.

Tina Fey- New York
Jeremy Piven - LA
Robin Williams - San Francisco

Ahahahahahahahha

Boy, look at the cat fight going on around here! Last resort is to name-call & make exorbitant statements. Bottom line for me is the state each city happens to be located in. Let's face it but Illinois doesn't stack up against California but what state in America does?
