Very true. The Italian "mob" in Philadelphia seems to be analogous to the Irish "machine" in Boston, at least historically.

not sure what this means in total though there was a queen born in Philly and a President of Isreal (no US Presidents though)

Are you referring to the Prime Minister, Netanyahu? Not sure if he was born in Philly, but he grew up in Cheltenham.

Yes; same high school as Reggie Jackson I believe

Not positive he was born here come to think of it but spent a majority of his youth I believe
