Las Vegas has lost the buzz it once had and lots of people who use to travel there on a regular basis to party have decided not to come. Not that any of the other places mentioned have taken it's place.

We have Lake Mead. The key to a good experience, though, is to avoid the public beaches (they're kind of nasty). The best way to get your beach fix is to rent a boat, go out on the water, and find a secluded little inlet to anchor in....there are tons of them, so everyone can have their own little private beach area.
