I have been to both Pittsburgh and Cleveland, but really have not spent enough time in either. For the best skyline, I like Pittsburgh. For the best looking buildings, Buffalo. Other than that I got nothing. I grew up in Buffalo, so thats my pick.

I'd have to rank:

Cleveland/Pittsburgh
Buffalo.
Cleveland is definitely a Midwestern city. It has some Northeastern influences but it feels a lot like Detroit, Chicago, and Milwaukee, and shares the most commonalities with those cities. It is on the eastern edge of the Midwest. Not to mention, Ohio was the first Midwestern state.

I pick Cleveland, altough Im biased as I grew up there. The other two cities look very nice though also, but I've never been to either Buffalo or Pittsburgh. The closest I've been to Pittsburgh was Altonna and Johnstown which I think are both nice small cities.
1.City with the best skyline- I really like Clevelands but Pittsburgh's is better
2.City with the best architecture- Cleveland
3.City with the most unique food- Cleveland
4.City with the best waterfront- Cleveland
5.City with the best entrance- Pittsburgh
6.City with the best sports fans- Tie between all three
7.City most over/under rated- Overrated Pittsburgh, Underrated Cleveland
8.Which city most likely to live in- Cleveland

Default Pittsburgh... 40 times over.

I'm extremely educated on all of these cities, an no disrespect to Cleveland in any way but itz out the picture for 1: Pittsburgh surpasses it in, architect, skyline, fortune 500 companies, an not to mention the health care here in Pittsburgh is PHENOMENAL!!!! there are huge hospitals all over the Pittsburgh region.

With that being said, neither Cleveland nor Buffalo can compete in either areas. Pittsburgh's metro area in it's entirity, is 1 of the wealthiest in the nation hands-down.

Pittsburgh 1st, then Cleveland follows right behind with it's rough history and with the big city feel. Buffalo would be last in this because it's just last period. it ranks way lower even then Cleveland as far as the skyline and architect, and business district for the city.
