I have only driven through St.Louis and from the freeway it doesn't look like a clean city however when I have used google street view to view suburbs and other city areas it looked nice in the suburbs but the city was a different story. I have heard the downtown is very spread out like the whole city. I prefer Milwaukee b/c it seems more urban of a city and STL seems like a southern city. Plus let's not forget the 1982 World Series!!!

I'll go with Milwaukee because of it's proximity to other large midwestern cities

I love the fact I can hop on a train or bus and be in downtown Chicago in an hour!!! Plus I love sailing and boating and you can't sail on the Mississippi.
