Overall NYC. Honolulu is nice for a vacation spot, but I think I would get "island fever" after a while if I lived there.

we get it- no city is comparable to NYC on a national scale and I agree, honestly there's only a few cities that can compete on an international scale

If you're going to put one city up against another, give a REASON. Such as "which has better weather/traffic/food"... etc etc.. some specifics as to why you're picking these two places to go at it against one another. No, not every thread in here has done that, but we're trying to get it that way. Thank you.
