I am thinking of moving to a warmer climate like the Carolinas to FLorida or Calif. I finance "Bad Credit" Buy Here Pay Here car buyers. In my business its best to finance people that have lived in one place since birth and for the most part won't move far. Vote as to where you think I'll find people that have always lived theee and are less likely to move. If that place is not listed in the poll please write in your vote

lol, your post is like a good movie with the twists and turns. Any small country town in northwest Florida is a winner plus housing is among the most affordable in the nation. Cost of living in California would be insane and will probably not make it worth your time.

Louisiana is the only state on that list that stands out as a place where not many people are moving. I was only looking at the states as a whole. If you look at different parts of states, there might be areas of other states that would work.
