As a Fort Worth native I have to agree with you 100%, but I have to digress my personal issue with Dallas since we are on the national thread. We are one collective metropolitan area and should be at all times refered to as DFW and never refered to as Dallas area. Yes the Fort Worth region of Tarrant County has seen biggest population gains in North Texas since 2000. Just something to chew on. Fort Worth is on pace to hit the million mark in within the next decade or so in city limits. The only issue with my home town Fort Worth is our sorry skyline. Its no excuse for a city of Fort Worth size to have such a small skyline. Our city council refuse to build skyscrapers it baffels me.
Fort Worth's skyline is small for a city its size, but it is no where near as small as San Antonio's! San Antonio is the size of Dallas but it has the smallest skyline of all the major cities in the Texas Triangle
Hmm....words I should take into consideration when writing my next English essay!
